Insurance company and hospital patient advocates are employees of those companies and are restricted by their policies and procedures and may represent competing objectives. There are usually 2-3 patient advocates per hospital while there can be several hundred patients in the hospital on any given day--how much time would that advocate have for you or your loved one? Absolutely! As long as your parent agrees to our services, we can help. We will need authorized signatures on our Agreement for Services contract and Release of Information consent forms (HIPAA) to obtain medical records for your parent. You can find those forms LINK HERE.
